• The Talent Acquisition Team plays a crucial role in our growth and success by attracting and identifying the best talent for our organization - we’re seeking a new addition to our wonderful team in London to support us on a variety of TA related activities
• We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern to join a team of experienced recruiters, and be a core part of our team and support on building best practices when it comes to talent acquisition! In this role, you will partner with and learn from experienced Recruiters, supporting with an array of tasks such as:
• Maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring our roles are correctly set up in the system, configuring all roles correctly, and partnering with Recruiters to ensure Greenhouse is being used most efficiently
• Setting up interviews for the recruitment team via our ATS, and liaising with candidates/hiring managers to ensure a great interviewing experience
• Work with hiring stakeholders to ensure interview feedback is entered into the system within agreed timeframes
• Sourcing candidates for roles, and building talent pipelines
• Market mapping and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to build world class recruiting practices!
