Who you are
- You'll have experience leading on the growth strategy across multiple paid channels, ideally B2C and covering at least two of paid search, paid social, display & video advertising. You'll also be:

What the job involves
- We’re looking for someone to be the first hire into the Growth team
- So what would the role look like?
- You’ll be responsible for both the planning & day-to-day management of our ongoing paid search & paid social campaigns, as well as larger seasonal campaigns
- You’ll perform in-depth analysis of the performance of different channels, and compare this to other acquisition channels
- You’ll work closely with our Brand & UX team (and in the future, agencies) to develop compelling and fun Cuckoo creatives & messaging
- You’ll optimise budgets across channels in order to achieve the maximum switches, and consistently build on learnings from previous activity
- You’ll be keen to explore new channels that could work for Cuckoo, from TikTok to VOD, and develop campaign plans for these new channels
- You’ll work with Tabatha (Head of Growth) to develop & build on the long-term growth plan, with the aim of hitting Cuckoo’s ambitious growth targets
- You’ll contribute suggestions as to how to improve Cuckoo as and when they come to you, on anything from the sign-up flow to the longer-term business strategy
- You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of another area within Growth, subject to your strengths and interests, e.g. partnerships & affiliates, or data analysis
