Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration) or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the healthcare delivery system
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Epic, Cerner, or other similar systems is highly beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these insights into project delivery
- Proficiency in data entry and data manipulation using tools like Excel, Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA, and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What the job involves
- Xealth is seeking a passionate and driven Implementation Specialist with a strong interest in healthcare to join our dynamic team
- As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our customer-facing teams, internal teams, and technology solutions
- Collaborate with internal Xealth teams to understand healthcare organization customer needs and requirements for integrating Xealth's digital health platform into their existing workflows
- Collaborate with the implementation team to define and document workflow requirements, including any necessary customization or configuration
- Utilize internal Xealth tools effectively to create the foundation for new use case workflows brought forth by our customers
- Become the Xealth SME for Xealth tools and develop best practices for using internal tools
- Serve as the main point of contact to customer-facing teams for project progress, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
- Manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Work closely with product management to provide insight into internal tool improvements and changes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement solutions
Our take
Xealth wants to make it easier to integrate digital tools into healthcare providers’ workflows. The start-up uses patient data to recommend services from a variety of vendors for possible prescription, which could range from an insulin monitor and crutches to a taxi ride and food delivery.
The company is well positioned for growth, both as its model reflects the overwhelming surge in interest in healthcare from the tech industry, where venture investors are increasingly putting their money, but also given its impressive founding team who have, together, previously seen entrepreneurial success. Xealth's product does all the work on the back end, communicating information to and from patients, making it straightforward and simple to use for customers.
Recent funding will see Xealth continue to develop its technological vision by further building up and deploying its product.
