Who you are
- We’d love to meet someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience doing this role in a similar B2B environment
- Has a clear passion for CRO and analytics
- Is fluent in: Wordpress, GA4 and at least one CRO tool of your choice
- Has a strong eye for detail, organisational skills and a passion for getting things right
- Is highly collaborative and comfortable working with people across the company in different countries
- An ability to speak passionately about their work and communicate it with an authority
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Website Manager to lead the development of our website and set a vision for what best in class looks like. You’ll be responsible for making our website a perfect lead-generation and nurturing tool
- You’ll work with all of our key departments (country directors, BD, Rev Ops, Accredited Professionals, Product, Marketing, etc.) to make sure that our website is able to attract relevant traffic and make it convert
- Liaise with all key departments to make sure that everyone’s requirements are listened to and prioritised
- Develop an SEO plan and execute against it
- Provide training to others in the wider team on how to use our website
- Liaise with our website agency to make sure that their work is prioritised correctly and execution is fast
- Develop and ship new functions and sections of our website
- Liaise with our analytics consultant to make sure that our website tracking is spot-on
