Talent Partner, Kaluza

• In-House Tech Recruitment Experience: A background as an in-house Talent Partner in a high-growth tech start-up or scale-up, with a focus on hiring roles like Software Engineers and Data Analysts
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise: Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from briefing roles and sourcing to delivering offers and contracts
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proven experience using data to inform your strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive effective talent processes
• DE&I in Practice: A track record of implementing best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring processes
• Relationship Builder: The ability to build deep relationships and confidently challenge stakeholders to deliver the best talent outcomes

• We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join Kaluza’s Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month fixed term contract as part of the People Team. We’re a team of 20 spread across London, Bristol, Edinburgh and now Melbourne, too!

• You won't just fill roles; you'll build the teams that will help us change the energy industry - all whilst keeping diversity, equity and inclusion at the heart of everything that you do
• You’ll primarily be working with our Technology & Product teams. Within this role you will be responsible for:
• End-to-End Talent Acquisition
• You’ll be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. This means:
• Taking a multi-channel approach to sourcing across various platforms to build diverse talent pipelines
• Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through our interview process and providing timely, detailed feedback at every touchpoint
• Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from the first call through to offer delivery and early pre-boarding activities
• Strategic Talent Partnering
• You'll go beyond basic recruiting by truly partnering with hiring managers to drive successful outcomes. This includes:
• Building deep relationships with stakeholders to understand the unique needs and culture of each team
• Advising on inclusive and best-in-class hiring practices to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Leveraging data-driven insights to challenge assumptions and drive alignment throughout the entire hiring process
• Contributing to Our Talent Strategy
• You'll have the opportunity to actively participate in shaping our future. You’ll engage in projects beyond day-to-day recruitment, such as:
• Contributing to our employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Researching and piloting new tools to help our team continually iterate on our offering
• Partnering with our communities and networks to build our brand in new spaces
