Who you are

What the job involves
- At Shutterstock, we're growing our team of Customer Care Advocates
- We're looking for someone passionate about customer care to handle phone calls, live chats and emails from customers
- Patiently assist and troubleshoot customers with varying technical, site, policy, account and miscellaneous issues
- Navigate through our customers to find additional contacts, and send potential referral opportunities to the sales team
- Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely fashion
- Leverage retention tools to maintain happy and healthy customer relationships
- Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner
- Accumulate customer feedback for product research and development
