What the job involves
- Lead and manage relationships with core partners (initially mental health communities and charities), ensuring mutual trust and alignment with JAAQ’s mission
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive new MAUs for the JAAQ app launch in April 2025
- Stay closely attuned to the UK’s cultural zeitgeist, ensuring that JAAQ remains relevant and impactful across diverse communities
- Challenge organisations and sectors to think creatively and embrace new ways of engaging with JAAQ and their own audiences
- Work closely with the creative social team to develop and deliver co-branded campaigns that amplify the impact of our partnerships
- Become a trusted advisor for our partners, understanding their needs and organisations better than they do, fostering long-term success and collaboration
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to ensure partnership goals align with overall business objectives, contributing creative and strategic insights
- Manage timelines and communications with partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives, with a meticulous approach to detail
- Represent JAAQ with passion and professionalism, consistently delivering on our mission to transform the world’s approach to mental health

Founded by the creator of War Paint for Men, a men’s makeup brand, JAAQ combats the lack of access to specialist mental health services through a free-to-use platform, on which customers can ask questions concerning their mental health. Video responses create a more engaging experience, and each response is given by a mental health professional who has lent their services to the company.
