Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience standing up and supporting highly automated infrastructure in AWS to support business critical applications with technologies like Terraform (IaC), EKS (k8s), EC2, Fargate, Lambda, Kafka, Glue, Batch, and PostgreSQL
3+ years of experience in data warehousing methodologies and modeling techniques, data ingestion methods, and SQL
Experience in provisioning, operations, and management of AWS environments with an eye for cost considerations
Experience delivering data solutions (Snowflake experience preferred)
Comprehensive knowledge of modern processes and methodologies for development and operations
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred, but CircleCI, Jenkins, etc. are fine)
Experience setting up monitoring, observability, and logging (Sentry, New Relic, DataDog, CloudWatch, etc.)

Desirable

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to communicate technical information to audiences with varying levels of technical acumen
Respect for and ability to engage and interact with a diverse variety of clients and partner team members
Self-starter with strong attention-to-detail, time management, and process management skills
Experience demonstrating flexibility in the face of change and independent problem solving
A passion for learning and growth (both individually and for the company)
Curiosity and ownership of things “outside your lane”
Scrappiness and creativity in working through challenges
Expertise in at least one high-level programming language
Experience with design, development, and implementation of data solutions including architecture, data modeling, development, and testing
Previous start-up experience

Helping the engineering team move to the next level in its processes and approaches
Helping to establish more automated processes
Enabling engineers with the infrastructure to test and deploy earlier and more frequently

Quanta delivers digital collections solutions through marketing, strategy, and execution, ensuring effective customer engagement and optimal campaign performance.

Following Series A funding in 2022, Quanta Credit Services is set to expand, leveraging the investment to strengthen its engineering team and broaden its product range.
