Who you are

3+ years of experience in software development
2+ years of experience working with PHP stack
2+ years of experience with latest Symfony versions, other popular frameworks are bonus points
Experience building RESTful APIs
Experience with message queuing
2+ years of experience working with MySQL
Good code design, OO principles, Unit/Functional testing, SOLID, and KISS

What the job involves

You will support the Distribution Channels team, working on service and microservice architectural quality-based decisions in the complex domain and data flow
You will develop and work with different APIs
You will bring knowledge in the event based systems and support further migration
You will be part of an agile team that makes decisions together and works independently on solutions
You will also support code reviews and improve our services and processes
You will expand your knowledge of programming and technologies

Signa Sports United (SSU) acquires sports specialist webshops and eCommerce platforms, aiming to accelerate their growth by customizing each platform for the activity that it represents. This is achieved by SSU’s framework for personalized customer experiences, logistics for a wide range of delivery options, and on-demand specialist advice.

Whilst online sports specialist commerce platforms are nothing new, SSU stands out with its approach of curating, acquiring, and optimizing regional brands for maximum performance. The company currently operates over 100 webshops across 20 different countries, representing over 1000 brand partners and over 7 million active customers.
