Who you are
- The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and a passion for storytelling to elevate our brand and create meaningful connections with our key audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in brand management, storytelling, and creative leadership, with a demonstrated track record of leading large groups and diverse teams
- Versatility in experience working across different product and company lifecycles, demonstrating strong adaptability and expertise in navigating various stages of brand development
- Proven experience with both mature and start-up brands across a range of industries, with particular emphasis on the technology and financial services sectors. Additionally, specialized expertise in B2B brand management is required
- Experience in managing international and global brands, showcasing proficiency in understanding and addressing diverse cultural nuances and market dynamics on a global scale
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies for commercial/B2B brands that drive business results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
- Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking, with a passion for storytelling and brand building
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of design principles, brand identity, and audience behavior
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve goals
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for brand management and creative development
What the job involves
- ICapital is currently seeking a highly experienced and visionary individual to join our team as a Senior Vice President (SVP) leading Brand and Storytelling
- The Brand and Storytelling SVP will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of our brand identity and narrative across all touchpoints
- This role will lead creative, design, studio, and brand experience teams, ensuring alignment with our company's values and goals
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values
- Lead and inspire creative, design, studio, and brand experience teams to deliver innovative and impactful brand initiatives
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency, and coherence across all communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging and storytelling into all aspects of the business, including marketing campaigns, product development, and customer experience
- Drive the creation of compelling brand narratives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the marketplace
- Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence, fostering continuous learning and development
- Serve as an internal gatekeeper and spokesperson for the brand, representing our values and vision to internal stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to support brand initiatives and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives
