Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 10+ years experience in software development and engineering management roles
- You have a background working with large-scale enterprise systems and cloud-based environments
Desirable
- You're comfortable with leadership and mentoring, with a passion for building and leading engineering teams
- Consistent track record of leading complex technical initiatives
- Outstanding communication, facilitation & social skills
