Role
Who you are
- 18+ months deal closing experience in a B2B setting
- Supporting SMEs up to 3,000 in employee size
- You have a track record of high performance and can demonstrate delivering against your quota in a commercial or sales role
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, multi-threading stakeholders & functions and closing deals, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment
- Proven ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively
- Strong collaboration skills—you thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive deals forward
- Excited by the challenges and opportunities of a high-energy startup environment
What the job involves
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales process for inbound leads, from initial engagement to closing
- Deliver product demos to business owners, HR leaders, and C-suite executives, effectively positioning our Employee Benefit product as the ideal solution for their needs
- Deliver 5* customer service in each and every interaction with prospects and clients in person, on video and over phone
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our platform, driving high scheme usage and engagement
- Provide product feedback & customer insights for both product & sales strategy improvements
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s continued success

Our take
New cars and vans powered wholly by petrol and diesel will not be sold in the UK from 2030. Because of this, there is expected to be a huge shift in the market towards electric vehicles. In 2021, hybrid and plug-in electric vehicles accounted for just 18.5% of car registrations, so there is a long way to go.
From 6th April 2020 the UK government introduced huge tax savings for people who lease an electric vehicle through their company. The Electric Car Scheme makes it easy for people to access these tax savings through salary sacrifice, essentially offering the Cycle-to-Work Scheme - but for electric cars.
Anyone looking to lease an electric car can use The Electric Car Scheme to get the tax savings. That’s 32%-62% off of the cost of the car lease, which makes it much more attractive than petrol or diesel cars. The Electric Car Scheme has great tailwinds given the shift, and will be moving fast to try and capitalise on it.
