Role
Who you are
- Proven ability to prospect and engage decision-makers via multiple channels
- Experience in B2B SaaS outbound lead generation in Benelux region
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to spark meaningful conversations
- Curiosity and a go-getter mentality to identify organizational needs
- Resilience and a collaborative spirit to work across Marketing and Sales
- Experience in L&D or HR tech space is a plus
- Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS BDR or SDR role
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Dutch are an advantage

- We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to convert intent and engagement into qualified opportunities
- Reporting to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you will have a high-impact role in driving pipeline and revenue growth in our key European markets
- Identifying and engaging potential customers within target ICP segments
- Conducting personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
- Creating tailored messaging rooted in Howspace’s positioning
- Translating buyer interest into qualified sales opportunities
- Partnering with AEs to ensure smooth handovers and join discovery calls
- Documenting all prospect interactions and insights accurately in HubSpot
- Refining outreach tactics and contributing to outbound experiments

Howspace was an early proponent of remote work culture and continues to release new products such as Steps, in 2022 a decision democratisation feature. Its founding dates back to 2008 so it’s no wonder that it took nine years to reach seed funding. As technology has caught up with its aspirations, Howspace received a total sum of $16.5 million between 2017 and 2021, when the remote work boom really took off.
