Company mission

To connect everyone in construction on a global platform.

Role

Who you are

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the broader Atlassian portfolio (beyond just Jira and Confluence), including emerging products like Atlassian Compass and Atlassian Rovo AI
  • Proven ability to integrate Atlassian tools with broader enterprise ecosystems, including HR business systems and security/compliance frameworks
  • Track record of delivering large-scale Atlassian solutions that extend beyond basic administration, addressing governance, user adoption, and cross-functional processes
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile Enterprise Planning, including the alignment of tooling and processes to organizational roadmaps
  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, with emphasis on tooling efficiency, SDLC automation, and enterprise-level roadmap management
  • Adept at problem-solving, focusing on simplifying workflows and prioritizing the delivery of pragmatic solutions to intricate business problems; emphasizes tangible outcomes over just reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, and conduct end-user training
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams—developers, product owners, HR partners, and executives—to deliver impactful outcomes
  • Atlassian or Agile certifications are a plus, though demonstrable hands-on accomplishments carry the most weight
