What the job involves
- As our first Workplace & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Resolve AI office
- You’ll help build a world-class employee experience and ensure our office environment reflects our values of excellence, energy, and care
- Working closely with the G&A team and company leadership, you’ll own everything from daily office management to high-impact cultural initiatives
- Your work will shape how employees, candidates, customers, and investors experience Resolve AI
- Oversee day-to-day workplace operations in our new San Francisco HQ, ensuring the office is a clean, organized, and energizing place to be
- Be in the office five days a week during core hours to ensure availability when most of the team is onsite
- Serve as the face of Resolve AI for all in-office visitors—including interview candidates, investors, customers, and partners—ensuring a top 1% experience
- Partner closely with the G&A team to support logistical needs, manage vendor relationships, and implement systems that scale
- Ensure food, beverages, and coffee setups are consistently stocked and thoughtfully maintained
- Own catering coordination for lunches, dinners, and special events, ensuring high-quality and seamless execution
- Plan and execute team events including happy hours, offsites, and other moments that bring us together
- Celebrate employee milestones and achievements—from birthdays and anniversaries to personal wins outside of work
- Support onboarding efforts by helping new hires feel welcome and integrated from Day 1
- Take initiative to improve office and culture processes, whether it’s signage, storage, or a better way to track supply restocking. You tell us what to do
- Be a culture champion and trusted point of contact for team members—someone who listens, adapts, and makes things happen
Our take
Finding and fixing software problems can take mountains of time that engineers could otherwise be spending driving innovation. Resolve AI supplies a platform that can automate a good amount of this process, freeing up humans for more important or unique tasks.
Leveraging generative AI, Resolve's platform automates root cause analysis and incident response - and is able to cut mean-time-to-resolution by an impressive 80%. The AI handles all common alerts and actions, can understand code and capture changes without the need to be trained.
These capabilities mean that Resolve AI can automate a greater chunk of incident resolution that other tools, a fact that makes it stand out as a valuable investment. The company has raised substantial funding that will be used to grow its headcount and expand platform capabilities even further.
