Account Executive SMB, Leapsome

• You hold a university degree and have 2 - 5 years of work experience in Sales (ideally in B2B SaaS) or a customer-exposed role, e.g., at a consulting firm
• You have a fluent/native level in Spanish + fluency in English
• You excel at asking the right questions to understand a customer’s needs and decision process quickly, and you work with the customer to generate value for them
• You are a very process-driven person and continuously work to improve existing processes
• You have a good understanding of technology

• Full ownership and all the autonomy needed when it comes to the most critical steps of the sales cycle such as prospecting (including social selling), conducting platform demos, negotiating, and closing (including legal, data, and security)
• Opportunity management (incl. Qualification using MEDDPICC)

• Pipeline Management (incl. CRM data hygiene)
• Accurate forecasting (incl. probabilities, priority, size, timelines, etc.)
