Who you are

You’re an experienced Javascript developer with at least 2+ years of proven experience
You have a passion for user experience and believe in building software with a user-centric approach
Experienced in some of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React
Have an understanding of Javascript design patterns, data structures, web architecture, and understand how to apply craft to design pragmatic solutions
Interested in keeping up with current standard methodologies in your areas of expertise
Experienced working with modern infrastructure and tools
You know and care about sound engineering practices like continuous delivery, defensive programming, and automated testing
You’re familiar with designing and building distributed and scalable systems

What the job involves

We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Web Engineer to join our Royalties & Reporting team (RoaR)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our existing web engineers to continue expanding the frontend of our internal tools. In RoaR, we embrace our technical challenges and enable our engineers to experiment, learn and grow
Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team to continuously experiment, iterate, and deliver on new product objectives
Develop solutions on our internal tools, used by our accounting and operations teams daily to calculate royalties
Work with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, React, and gRPC
Facilitate collaboration with engineers, product owners, and designers to seek exciting and challenging problems for delivering various media worldwide
Hack on what you want during regular hack days and annual hack weeks
