What the job involves

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join Patsnap and play a key role in driving our new business growth
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to Patsnap’s innovation intelligence platform and how it transforms the way organisations approach R&D and IP strategy
This is a high-impact, front-line commercial role where you will identify, engage, and qualify prospects, building meaningful early-stage relationships that convert into long-term customers
You will work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership to generate pipeline, book high-quality meetings, and create momentum across the sales funnel
You’ll develop deep product knowledge, strong commercial skills, and a clear understanding of enterprise sales motions — making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in SaaS sales within a high-growth, innovation-led business
Engaging potential clients for lead generation via calls, emails, and social media
Managing and tracking leads using sales tools and CRM systems
Collaborating on strategic sales plans with the team
Participating in product knowledge and sales technique training
Monitoring industry trends for strategic outreach
Aligning with marketing for effective outreach
