Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing (SEO & SEM), including hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools and analytics platforms
- Demonstrable track record in driving market growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing network or territorial expansions
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting complex business KPIs to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and lead complex, cross-functional projects
What the job involves
- Digital Marketing Management:
- Design, execute, and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, ensuring high visibility, traffic acquisition, and increased conversion rates
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships crucial for accelerating growth, enhancing revenue, and increasing coverage within the local market
- Territorial Expansion:
- Oversee and drive the expansion of our network across the territory, coordinating and guiding the expansion team to effectively meet market demand and growth targets
- Performance Monitoring:
- Continuously track and analyze critical business KPIs, including but not limited to:
- Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV)
- Conversion Rate (CR)
- Supply Coverage
- Strategic Partnerships (impact on revenue and coverage growth)
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Maintain a detailed understanding of local market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and risk assessments
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (sales, product, operations, expansion, customer experience, and IT teams) to align company-wide initiatives and execute cohesive strategies for country-specific growth

The need for luggage storage often dampens the freedom of travel, which is why the B2C app Radical Storage has created a network of storage locations across more than 70 countries. The company works by connecting customers with “Angels” - storage locations that could be self-storage businesses or enterprising retailers, allowing users to book a secure location to store their belongings.
Though there are competitors in the space, Radical Storage stands out due to its Angels being not only storage-focused businesses, but also cafes and supermarkets with space to spare on their premises. Radical Storage has enjoyed several rounds of funding that will help it connect even more customers with its Angels, with the aim of reaching 70,000 locations by 2027.
