Who you are
- Please note, we are only able to offer internships to individuals currently studying at a Dutch university and who will remain in their studies for the entire duration of the internship
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) , Figma and Canva
- Good understanding of design principles and best practices
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines independently
- Quick learner with a creative mindset to produce high-quality work
- Excellent interpersonal skills for regular interaction with colleagues from different departments
What the job involves
- This internship is full time (32 to 40 hours per week) for a duration of 6-10 months
- You will be an integral member of the Brand Customer Communication team, which is part of the larger Marketing team. You'll collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Customer Excellence
- We are seeking a talented and motivated intern designer to join our Studio team. As an Intern Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment
- You will work closely with our team of designers and assist in various design projects, helping to bring our brand vision to life. This internship offers valuable learning opportunities and exposure to a wide range of design tasks
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling and on-brand designs for various projects, including marketing materials, digital assets, presentations, and more
- Assist in the development of design concepts and mock-ups, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project requirements
- Support the design team in executing design revisions, formatting, and file preparation for production
- Conduct research and gather design inspiration to contribute to the creative ideation process
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design deliverables within deadlines
- Assist with general studio tasks and manage web shop
