Customer Success Engineer, CloudSense

• 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing consulting position, using Salesforce
• Strong customer facing skills
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly understand a customer’s implementation of CloudSense products
• Ability to own the engagement with the customer, plan and lead all customer interactions
• Strong ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience and vice-versa
• Proven track record of identifying and resolving functional and technical issues and effectively communicating results to customers
• Swift learner, self-directed and organized with a keen eye towards high-quality, on-time work
• Team player, ability to collaborate and lead an effective team
• Strong knowledge of Javascript and SF Apex
• Strong knowledge of CloudSense Telecoms and Media platforms
• Familiarity with Media and Telecoms CPQ and OM / Fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with databases, OO programming
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience

Desirable

• The Customer Success Engineer provides guidance and recommendations to customers and must be able to engage senior stakeholders and end users to understand their needs and effectively deliver recommendations
• The Customer Success Engineer works with Customer Success Managers, Service Directors, and Architects as part of a talented team and will be given opportunities to cultivate new skills and grow technical and business acumen
• Customer engagement:
• Plan and lead customer sessions and meetings, presenting and facilitating as required
• Coordinate, as necessary, relationships with and between key stakeholder during the analysis, documentation and recommendation delivery phases
• Lead both formal and informal analysis, assistance, recommendation and sessions
• Analysis, design and documentation:
• Lead engagement with relevant stakeholders to thoroughly understand the customer’s implementation, customisations and issues
• Investigate, analyse and define usage, adoption and performance issues
• Propose possible solutions, identify alternatives, asses feasibility and recommend any new approaches as applicable
• Create viable recommendations (functional, technical) that can be understood by customer stakeholders and the implementation team
• Identify and recommend CloudSense platform features and packages to improve the user experience, eliminate customisation and grow CloudSense platform footprint
• Carry out research at the request of a senior CSE as part of the CSE team
• Team Development:
• Take part in and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions
