Who you are

A strong willingness to work independently, take initiative and desire to take ownership of metrics

A natural ability to communicate and report your findings in a clear and unambiguous way to senior stakeholders
Advanced SQL skills to write robust and maintainable code using Snowflake (or similar - BigQuery, Redshift)
Expert experience of developing dashboards in Looker or Tableau
Experience of defining, running and interpreting the result of A/B tests, then clearly explaining the results to stakeholders
Working knowledge of using event data and time series data sets
Experience of Python data frames and NumPy to create statistical programs when SQL is not appropriate

What the job involves

Delivering analytics projects end to end by defining requirements, working with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations to provide data analysis and insights
Working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers in a cross functional team to deliver business outcomes
Employing data analysis techniques in Snowflake, SQL and Python on customer behaviour data, financial transactions and product data to uncover patterns, anomalies and inform next steps for business decisions
Developing reliable visualisations in Looker to report on KPIs, funnels and performance of our payments solution and usage of our mobile app
Implementing your analysis in robust repeatable pipelines using dbt, then supporting your code in production
Engaging with a small data team to provide code reviews and seek out feedback
