Who you are

Experience of working in a high-quality development team, with good knowledge of best practices
Experience in working with startups - we are looking for an adaptable ‘can do’ individual that is driven and accustomed to fast-paced problem-solving
You know how to prioritise, changing from an offensive build-mode so you can get your solution in front of clients, to playing defence, solidifying what you’ve built and setting up processes for scale
Experience supporting on pre-build activities, such as estimation and specification
4+ years experience in Node.js and React.js
Knowledge of security best practices
Based in UK or in a country with 1 hour time difference from the UK

As an early stage company, we’re looking for individuals who want to solve problems at a fast pace and see their work deliver meaningful change for our clients
Being hands on and spending most of your time coding - developing the product across the backend and frontend, adding features from our roadmap, and building upon our existing codebase
Having a significant amount of ownership and influence in the development and improvement of the product
Using your expertise to give technical direction and advice, to speak up and voice your opinion, and to follow and implement best practices
Contributing to improving processes such as agile and bugs handling
