Who you are

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with WebRTC, FFmpeg, and other media processing libraries
Familiarity with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
Experience with performance tuning and end-to-end latency optimization
Understanding of security standards and techniques for web applications

Desirable

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with a significant focus on video streaming or real-time messaging systems
Strong experience with Go programming and a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Experience with streaming protocols (like RTMP, HLS, MPEG-DASH, etc.) and networking protocols like TCP/UDP
Experience with message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ
Deep understanding of distributed systems, multi-threading, network architecture, and capacity planning
Understanding of video encoding, transcoding, and scaling
Experience with cloud services (like AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (like Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to take ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
