Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of creative assets and brand building experience
- Experience with creative development and production processes across film, print, and digital
- Experience marketing to a business-to-business (B2B) audience (i.e. CMOs and digital marketing leaders at global companies)
Desirable

What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help create customer facing brand creative assets and programs, and scale it globally.
- You will develop breakthrough creative that shifts advertiser’s perceptions of Google.
- Your work will be used around the world by Google sales and marketing teams, and you’ll bring your work to market through Google owned and industry events, paid media placements, PR and sales teams
- Develop and execute insights-led flagship brand creative work for the Google Ads Brand that brings to life our thought leadership narratives and enables sales to foster strong relationships with its customers
- Partner effectively with creative agencies, production partners, and internal teams to build creative that meets cross-team goals
- Review and consult on cross-team go-to-market assets and campaigns to foster creative excellence for the Google Ads brand
- Develop and own branding and creative standards for the Google Business Brand and for core programs globally

Despite 80% of revenue coming from advertising services, it's known for continually investing in 'moonshot' projects (like self-driving cars) in an effort to find the next big pillar of the business.
Google recently announced an investment of $9.5bn to expand its offices and data centres in the US. This investment is connected to the company’s ambitious green goal of operating on carbon-free energy full-time by 2030, and will partly focus on setting new standards for green building design.
Following years of rapid hiring, and faced with a broader slowdown of ad spending, the company is being faced by weaker-than-expected revenue. CEO Sundar Pichai has recently announced that Google is reducing its head count by about 12,000 to adapt to global economic conditions. It will move to refocus its talent and capital to the company's highest priorities.
