Role
Who you are
- Completed studies or experience on Bachelor-level
- At least three years’ experience in high value B2B Sales
- Experience in automotive is seen as a plus, however we also encourage you to apply coming from a different industry
- Experience with developing and managing relationships with different kind of stakeholders
- Good IT and computer understanding within software/technology as well as understanding the digital landscape
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and Dutch
What the job involves
- Your key responsibility will be to grow and manage relationships with SME companies to successfully introduce Polestar in their car policy and to maximize our market share within their respective fleet
- To be impactful, you will be frequently visiting and digitally meeting customers. At the client or from home, but we also love spending time together and learning from each other at our office located in Beesd
- Together with your new colleagues, you push for success in the SME market, where the sky is the limit! You will report to our Lead & Retail Sales Manager
- Grow & manage the EV market within the SME segment by informing, inspiring and educating the market
- Drive lead cycle management (generate & follow-up leads and close them)
- Report and follow-up on sales performance and KPIs
- Build lasting relationship with new or existing SME customers
- Keep levels of satisfaction high by a personal yet a Polestar-way of approach
- Activate the relationship to maximize the market share through events, test drives, info sessions or local initiatives
- Work closely with your colleagues in the Fleet sales team to align on the approach towards leasing- and fleet management companies
- Report on your activities via our CRM application (Salesforce)
