Who you are
- The ideal candidate has a background in technology or cybersecurity marketing, is highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoys working across teams in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role within a technology or cybersecurity company
- A keen learner with a hunger to expand their knowledge and remit
- Proven experience supporting field or channel marketing programs and events across EMEA
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions
- Fluent in English; an additional European language (such as French, Spanish or Italian) is strongly preferred
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a high performing EMEA Marketing Specialist to support our fast-growing regional marketing activities
- This role will focus on the execution of field and channel marketing programs, event logistics, reporting, and general marketing support to drive awareness and pipeline across the region
- In addition, this role will partner closely with our People Experience team to support our employee engagement initiatives and swag inventory
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional field events and partner-led marketing initiatives
- Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, registrations and post-event follow-up and reporting
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create and promote Torq-hosted events, ensuring cohesive campaigns and strong attendance
- Assist in the development of localized marketing materials and assets for both direct and partner marketing activities
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI, using CRM and marketing automation tools
- Support general marketing administration, including budget tracking, campaign setup, and cross-functional coordination
- Partner with the People Experience team to support employee engagement initiatives and the organisation of internal events
- Manage EMEA swag inventory, ordering, fulfilment, and distribution for internal and external needs
