Who you are

3+ years demonstrable experience in writing and delivering testable, modular and extensible code that covers that entire web application stack using TypeScript/JavaScript, React and Node.js.
Excellent communication skills, and are able to work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members
A start-up mentality, are responsible, energetic, ambitious, adaptable and willing to jump in wherever you might be needed
Good judgment, and aren’t afraid to make decisions and act with purpose and intention to progress Novata’s goals

What the job involves

Work closely with other engineers to architect and implement new features to improve our ESG data and reporting platform
Work closely with other stakeholders, such as designers and product managers to capture requirements and distill problems into value focused deliverables
Be actively involved in our various Guilds, ensuring that the team’s output achieves our quality and security goals
Coach and mentor junior team members and help them to develop and improve their skills and abilities
Fulfill additional duties as requested
