• MyTenDays: Helps Muslims automate donations during the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah, ensuring they don't miss the blessings of this sacred time

• 🏆 What you'll do:
• 1. Setting the Vision
• Define and drive a long-term product roadmap aligned with Shamaazi's mission to maximise charitable giving
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the Tech for Good space
• 2. Owning the Product Journey
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning MVPs to launching and iterating, taking products from '0 to 1' and '1 to 10.'
• Actively participate in day-to-day operations, including scoping opportunities, writing epics/tickets, and managing sprints
• 3. Leading the Team
• Lead and mentor a skilled team, including a Product Manager and Senior Product Designers
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align product goals with Shamaazi's overarching strategy
• Partner with the Engineering team to deliver scalable, high-quality products that meet user needs
• 4. Putting Users First
• Be the voice of our users, using feedback and research to guide product development
• Track and measure product performance to ensure we’re delivering value to donors, stakeholders, and the broader community

• Our team is fully remote with quarterly in-person team gatherings in central London dependant upon team requirements. Senior Leadership Team are likely to meet on a more regular basis based on business needs
