What the job involves
- This Group Product Manager position leads our ResApp team, responsible for delivering a consumer-grade mobile app that serves the post-lease experience for millions of renters across the US
- The Group Product Manager leads a team of product managers to drive the development, launch, and continual improvement of a portfolio of products
- Individuals in this role should be comfortable interfacing directly with enterprise clients to understand their unique requirements and develop solutions that will scale across our multifamily portfolio
- Oversee the end to end product development process, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
- Advocate for the customer by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and incorporating user insights into product decisions
- Define and analyze critical data serving as the primary source of analytics insight within your product area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights that drive product development
- Stay up to date on multifamily industry trends and competitive landscape to identify sustainable advantages, while maintaining curiosity across various product domains
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the creation and development of strategies across teams and product roadmaps
- Ability to align R&D teams with the broader organization
- Facilitate the exploration of complex concepts by breaking processes into manageable steps and engaging stakeholders as needed
- Drive faster learning and share insights across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to independently craft the GTM strategy for major product releases by defining onboarding and support strategies in collaboration with launch stakeholders
- Lead, Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation by providing guidance and oversight to ensure their effective performance
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team , and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Provide support in team professional development initiatives
- Travel up to 5% of the time
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion

The rental market is booming. At the same time, it is becoming more competitive and hard to navigate for both renters and leasing agents. Funnel’s B2B solution allows users to tap into the market as a whole, rather than having to compete against other rental platforms.
The company builds solutions for property management teams to help them better reach and communicate with customers, and ultimately close leases with more efficiency. Funnel actually began by helping landlords manage their rental portfolio, but its 2020 rebrand from Nestio saw it alter its tech offering to address the entire leasing chain instead.
Having secured promising funds, Funnel continues to grow its reach at enterprise and mid-market level across the US - smartly targeting these huge yet underserved sectors of the rental industry. It continues to add new features and integrations to keep its value sharp, reaching for further success in the future.
