Desirable

• You will expand lead our acquisition team, owning organic channels all the way up to the onboarding funnel
• Your job is to keep CAC low while attracting high LTV customers

• Organic Growth: Drive initiatives to enhance organic acquisition, leveraging SEO and referrals
• Onboarding Optimization: Identify and address friction points through A/B testing and user feedback, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
• Paid Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with the paid marketing team to achieve our targets. Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies in real time to maximize cost-efficiency and trial conversions
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Rigorously analyze user and campaign metrics to inform decision-making. Run and iterate on experiments using A/B testing, leveraging AI, low-code tools, and SQL to accelerate insights and implementation
