Role
Who you are
- 4 + years of experience in Customer Success management or client facing consulting or analyst positions; mobile app or gaming background is a plus
- Passion for Gaming is a Plus!
- Quarterly business review experience
- Experience working for SaaS based companies
- Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client challenges
- Strong ability to create, build and leverage relationships and effectively interface with executive-level client leadership
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable using Excel for data analysis
- Experience managing business strategy and plans to drive growth
- Ability to be in the London office 2 days a week
What the job involves
- Point of contact for assigned customer portfolio, with accountability for customer engagement and retention
- Interface with customer leadership regularly, leading discussions that foster strong relationships and support platform adoption and usage
- Deliver training, analytics, insights, and best practices to customer teams
- Develop, manage, and implement Business Reviews
- Partner with customers to understand their business goals, competitive landscape, and build strategic engagements to showcase the value of our data and platform
- Serve as a strategic expert on mobile insights, app store optimization, and related areas to provide competitive insights and trends
- Understand the product development cycle and effectively communicate between product teams and customers to manage expectations regarding feature requests and releases
- Drive overall customer satisfaction to increase customer engagement , retention, and expansion opportunities
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in managing customer relationships, including handling sensitive issues and effectively resolving problems
