Our take

Short-term rentals are continuing to boom, and the demand for actionable rental data is growing. AirDNA solves that problem by offering predictive analysis software for rental operators.

AirDNA's machine learning algorithms track the daily performance of over 10 million property listings worldwide, and offer highly valuable insights for Airbnb hosts, rental managers, hoteliers and investors. The company was acquired by Alpine Investors in 2022, which is a testament to the desirability of its product.

With their recent acquisition, AirDNA now has access to more funding and more customers. They will need to invest in their innovation and outreach in order to maintain and grow their market share.
