- We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on self-starter, motivated to constantly improve and optimize the process to drive performance

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Business Development Executive in our Paris Office
- As a Business Development Representative you are responsible for driving Dataiku's business development activities
- You must have the ability to understand the sales development process and technology stack and ensure its adoption
- Manage a large volume of daily inbound and outbound leads - connecting via phone, email and LinkedIn and qualifying them
- Engage with our Sales and Marketing executives to design, research and execute outbound vertical and/or geographical markets campaigns to grow sales pipeline in a dedicated territory
- Work with our Sales Executives to prospect and close large enterprise deals
- Educate and nurture early-phase prospects for potential future opportunities
- Demonstrate knowledge of Dataiku DSS and its value proposition and an understanding of the Big Data ecosystem to converse with data and business leaders from SMB to high-growth companies, to large multinationals in industries such as e-commerce, retail, bank, insurance, utilities, and transport
- Analyze and report on your weekly activities to identify potential optimizations

Despite substantial funding in 2023, Dataiku faced a 20% lower valuation than in 2021, indicating challenges even for successful tech firms. Nonetheless, Dataiku launched its Dataiku 11 platform in 2022, continuing to enhance its offerings.
In 2024, Dataiku announced a strategic alliance with Teragonia, a leading provider of AI solutions for private equity portfolio value creation. This collaboration leverages Dataiku's AI capabilities to enhance Teragonia's real-time analytics and strategic agility, aiming to accelerate revenue growth and profitability for clients. This partnership reflects Teragonia's trust in Dataiku's technology and underscores the platform's ability to democratise data and empower private equity firms to unlock significant value.
