Who you are

Proven track record in B2B software testing and automation
Fast learner, excellent problem solver, and clear communicator
Ability to connect the dots, solve (underlying) problems, and constantly improve the QA process
Strong technical knowledge, passion for QA, automation acumen (e.g. test automation, API testing, CI/CD, API testing, as well as scripting/coding skills)
Team player, committed to giving and receiving feedback
Experience with small teams and fast paced releases (i.e. a startup/scaleup type settings)

Desirable

Experience working on high stakes (B2B) software (e.g. complex products, 1000s of paid users globally)
