- At least 8 years experience as a software engineer, with strong skills in TypeScript, system architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS)
- Experience delivering complex projects across multiple teams

- Strong knowledge of coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and security practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What the job involves
- We’re on the lookout for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our team of engineers at our office in Berlin
- Play a critical role in shaping the architecture and development of our core platform
- Identify the right solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems that require tough prioritisation and planning across teams
- Collaborate closely and influence the roadmaps of other Nelly teams to achieve impactful business goals
- Be hands-on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team
- Work with modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and more. We host everything on AWS and manage our infrastructure as code
