Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AWS infrastructure, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and advanced security solutions, and has experience building out infrastructure and platforms in multiple cloud regions
- Proven experience with AWS infrastructure
- Deep understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) principles and technologies
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Security best practices and technologies
- Experience building out foundational infrastructure in a SaaS environment
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level DNS and IPAM solutions, with a focus on automation and security
- Kubernetes experience an advantage
- 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a SaaS company, plus 5+ years of experience in a technical role
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- AWS certifications are a plus
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Cloud Native Infrastructure team
- In this role, you will drive the development and execution of our Cloud Native Infrastructure, ensuring a robust secure cloud platform that is crucial for building and managing cloud native applications and infrastructure
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our Cloud Native infrastructure, aligned with the overall company vision and customer needs
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer feedback
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term strategy for the Cloud Platform
- Product Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external partners
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with security and compliance teams and our R&D teams to ensure the success of the platform. Work closely with acquisition companies to ensure successful integration to the Toast platform
