• At least 2 years of macOS support experience
• Proven remote support experience
• Hands-on experience with identity access management solutions, particularly with integrating IdP solutions for provisioning and SSO processes across SaaS and other software
• Background in a start-up or small business setting

• We are looking for a resourceful IT Operations Specialist to manage our day-to-day IT functions across both remote and office environments
• In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring our team’s devices and systems are running efficiently
• Your contributions will span from routine troubleshooting to process improvements and IT asset management, all while maintaining a hands-on, scrappy approach essential for a fast-paced start-up environment
• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for support requests. Address routine technical issues and complex technical challenges
• User Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring devices and user accounts are correctly set up using JumpCloud as our IdP/MDM and Google Workspace for directory services
• IT Asset & Vendor Management: Oversee IT asset inventory, manage procurement processes, and coordinate with vendors to maintain a smooth operational workflow
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and detailed documentation for recurring issues and process improvements
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to refine IT processes, drive automation, and implement innovative solutions that enhance security and operational efficiency
