Who you are
- Maybe you've crushed it as an SDR and are ready to close deals. Maybe you've been a top performer in a commission-based environment and want to transition into B2B SaaS
- What matters is you're a proven seller who can handle rejection, stay motivated through high-volume activity, and you have the personality and drive to succeed. You'll own this revenue channel from day one
- You're an entrepreneurial, high-performing seller with a strong track record in high-volume environments - whether that's SDR/BDR work or another commission-based role
- You've shown fast progression and consistently hit or exceeded targets
- You have exceptional personality - people genuinely warm to you and you're a natural relationship-builder
- You're comfortable with rejection and high-volume outbound activity
- You're autonomous and creative - you figure things out and don't need hand-holding
- You're ready to own this channel for at least 12 months and build something meaningful

What the job involves
- Reporting to the Head of Commercial, Found
- You’ll be responsible for building a dedicated SMB and independent segment for Found, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial seller who's ready to step into a full-cycle B2B role
- Own the full 360 sales cycle from prospecting through to close for SMB and independent care providers
- Build and manage your pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) alongside inbound leads
- Run product demos and discovery calls for operators running 1-20 bed facilities
- Negotiate and close deals with MRR targets and commission based on ARR closed
- Build the outbound engine for this segment - test different approaches and iterate on what works
- Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth handoffs and with Product/Engineering to share market insights
- Cover both home care and care home operators in the SMB/independent space
- What problems will you be solving?
- Building a new revenue channel that hasn't had dedicated ownership before
- Generating consistent pipeline through creative outbound while maximising inbound conversion
- Communicating Found's value to smaller operators who may be less tech-savvy and need clear ROI
- Establishing repeatable processes for SMB sales that can scale as the company grows
- Providing product feedback from a segment that has specific needs and challenges

Choosing a care home is often a hugely daunting, complex, and expensive process, coming at a time that's already stressful enough. What's more, the UK's ageing population is growing at an increasing rate, putting more strain on social care than ever before. Lottie aims to address this in part by simplifying the process of finding the perfect care home for every individual's specific needs. Its online marketplace gives users all the tools to select and compare the UK's best-performing care homes, taking into account CQC reports, facilities, treatment methods, and location.
Having received investment, Lottie aims to continue its growth to reshape the future of the care industry. It is doing so with a strong emphasis on data and real-time information, collecting datasets that will be vital not just to its business operations, but potentially to the UK government and healthcare policy too.
