Senior Product Manager, Iterable

• You are passionate about great UX, and know how to leverage cutting-edge technologies (including generative AI and machine learning) to improve users’ lives

• Experience working on a SaaS product (B2B, B2B2C)
• Deep customer empathy
• Experience with data science and machine learning, and hands-on experience building AI products, especially for enterprise customers
• Technical understanding of complex AI functionality and ability to partner with data science and machine learning engineering teams
• Thrive on solving complex technical problems and partnering cross-functionally to translate stakeholder needs into product architecture
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to leverage data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions and strategy

• One of our product’s superpowers is the scale at which it operates, allowing customers to interact with billions of consumers at high performance. Iterable recently announced Nova, an AI-driven UX that empowers marketers to connect with end users like never before
• As a Senior Product Manager for our Nova team, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and driving end-to-end execution (in partnership with cross-functional teams) of AI-driven experiences within the Iterable platform
• These experiences will ensure growth marketers can work smarter and more efficiently, ultimately leading to increased engagement and brand loyalty of their end users
• The Product Team works closely with our Design and Engineering Teams and lives by user empathy daily
• You will work with our internal teams and directly with our customers to help define and prioritize product features that have a high impact on Iterable's business
• In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Product, Nova Experiences and Outcomes
• Innovate using generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent insights to solve marketers’ real-world problems
• Make an impact on day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of growth marketers using Iterable
• Work cross-functionally with customer success, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and other PMs to develop and ship new data products
• Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
• Generate and prioritize the product backlog for AI teams
• Create customer adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement with the features you ship
• Engage with customers regularly (e.g. user testing, discovery, research, roadmap sharing, etc.)
• Partner closely with your engineering team to launch impactful projects
