Role
Who you are
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or business intelligence—preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS or consumer technology environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker/Tableau, and familiarity with data platforms such as Salesforce, Databricks, and Google Analytics
- Deep experience working with multi-source data sets: digital marketing platforms, CRMs, web analytics, internal product data, etc
- Strong understanding of forecasting, causal inference, incrementality testing, and MMM methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, event tagging, and server-side tracking implementations
- Working knowledge of ETL design and collaboration with engineering teams to enable robust, analytics-ready data pipelines and models
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts: regression, time-series modeling, hypothesis testing, Bayesian methods, etc
- Exceptional communicator who can distill technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and finance
What the job involves
- Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to lead efforts in building robust measurement frameworks, advanced forecasting models, and rigorous experimentation strategies to support our growth and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- You will play a pivotal role in quantifying impact, informing marketing investments, and guiding data-driven decision making across the organization
- Develop and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks to evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
- Build and refine forecasting models to project demand and revenue growth by leveraging consumer funnel data, including traffic, lead conversions, bookings, and downstream metrics
- Track and optimize bottoms-up consumer funnel KPIs, and partner with Marketing and Finance teams to model different growth scenarios to hit short- and long-term business goals
- Design and execute incrementality tests, A/B experiments, and advanced causal inference analyses to determine the real impact of marketing activities
- Lead the development of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to inform and optimize marketing channel spend allocation
- Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to generate actionable insights from cohort analysis and performance breakdowns across paid, organic, and lifecycle efforts
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to define clear and scalable ETL requirements, build relevant data models, and ensure the data warehouse supports high-quality growth marketing insights
- Be hands-on with tagging and instrumentation tools such as Google Tag Manager (including server-side tracking), ensuring accurate event tracking and compliance with internal data standards
- Own the test & learn roadmap: prioritize experiments, align stakeholders, document results, and drive continuous optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker/Tableau and spreadsheet-based models to track performance, inform forecasts, and present executive-level insights
- Support executive reporting with clear data storytelling and visualizations to inform business planning and resource allocation
- Contribute to the development of scalable data pipelines and automations by collaborating with data engineering and RevOps teams
Our take
The quantified self movement is gaining momentum, especially in the health and fitness sector. Wearable health monitors, sleep trackers, and genetic testing have all firmly entered the mainstream, and body MRI scanning service Prenuvo is taking this concept to the next level. Prenuvo’s whole body diagnostic imaging offers customers a comprehensive picture of their body, whilst screening for 500+ major conditions and cancers.
The medical benefits of approaching these diseases proactively, as opposed to reactively, are substantial. Customers will be able to catch warning signs early, meaning treatment is likely to be less invasive, with a higher success rate. Unfortunately North America, like many regions, has yet to make substantial investments in preventative healthcare. This just makes companies like Prenuvo, and the VCs who fund them, increasingly necessary.
This funding, however has been substantial, and having closed multiple funding rounds, the company is now setting its sights on Europe. The opening of its first London clinic marks the start of that expansion, brining Prenuvo's full-body MRI services to a new market with high demand for early detection and diagnostic imaging. With plans to evaluate additional cities across the continent, the company is in a position to grow its international presence.
