Role
Who you are
- 1–3 years' experience in a B2B commercial, sales, or partnerships role — ideally in energy, SaaS, or a high-growth tech environment
- Comfortable leading commercial discovery conversations with business customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and confidence managing pipelines and activity logs
- Ability to communicate core commercial concepts clearly (e.g. pricing, credit, contract terms)
- Proven initiative and willingness to learn — especially in fast-paced or ambiguous environments

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Buy Side Partner Lead to help bring REDPlus to more businesses across the UK
- You'll be on the frontlines of our buy-side commercial team — building early relationships, qualifying leads, and turning interest into structured sales opportunities
- In your first 12 months, you’ll help progress 30–40 commercial opportunities, support at least 5 deals to close or near-close, and share market insights that sharpen how we position REDPlus
- You’ll be key to helping tem show up in the market with clarity, energy, and follow-through
- Drive early-stage engagement – Lead discovery and qualification conversations with business energy customers and partners to explore fit and needs
- Fuel pipeline progression – Work closely with the Commercial team to move opportunities forward through timely follow-ups, coordination, and clear documentation
- Keep us connected – Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot to ensure visibility, prioritisation, and smooth internal handoffs
- Close the feedback loop – Share trends, objections, and messaging gaps from the field to help tem continuously improve how we show up
- Be the face of tem – Represent the company with professionalism and energy across every partner and prospect interaction

tem is a next-gen energy transactions company that changes the way renewable energy is bought, sold and powered. Rebalancing the playing field away from "Big Energy", tem creates affordable, traceable and smart energy transaction management tools.
The company provides businesses and consumers with access to the same financial benefits as Big Energy companies by distributing its own purchased energy to customers. Once they’re signed up, customers are matched with a suitable generator, and the tem platform helps execute contracts, take payments, and manage invoicing.
This is a truly disruptive concept, and is proving to be a successful one. tem currently processes over £50 million in direct transactions and saves millions for over 1000 UK businesses wanting to switch from traditional utilities tied to the wholesale market. Whilst UK consumers are notoriously hesitant to switch providers, recent soaring energy prices is luring many into giving it a go.
