Talent Acquisition Specialist, Onetrace

• 2-4 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience - ideally within a fast-growing startup environment
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final hiring stages
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
• Proven ability to hire successfully for a diverse range of roles from commercial to technical
• Understanding and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and prioritising conflicting demands, along with the ability to provide effective solutions to recruitment challenges
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving recruitment environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a passion for collaboration and building relationships
• Enthusiasm for ensuring a quality candidate journey and identifying top-tier talent
• Ability to work independent and on own initiative

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across various departments from commercial to technical
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and refine role requirements
• Create engaging job descriptions and adverts to attract top talent
• Plan and execute interview and selection processes, including screening calls and assessments
• Proactively source talent on various platforms and explore creative outreach methods
• Showcase our mission, vision, and values, representing our culture purposefully
• Support managers and candidates, fostering a positive experience during the recruitment process
• Coach managers on effective interviewing and selection methods as needed
• Manage offer processes and support onboarding in collaboration with HR, ensuring smooth transition for new starters
• Gather and present feedback to senior leadership, suggesting continuous improvements
• Conduct thorough market research, analyse industry trends, and benchmark against industry standards
• Build and maintain external connections to stay informed of talent pools and emerging opportunities
• Design and execute recruitment initiatives, promoting our values and enhancing diversity
• Identify opportunities for enhancing our Employee Value Proposition
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to create materials that enhance the candidate journey
