Who you are

5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles
Startup experience in a fast paced, high ownership environment
Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and hiring high quality talent
Strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail
High ownership, scrappy execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, Brighthire, or similar tools

What the job involves

Own end to end recruiting for all SF based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives
Drive full lifecycle searches across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) functions
Proactively source top talent and build strong pipelines in competitive West Coast markets
Run rigorous calibration and closing processes, including navigating complex compensation and equity conversations
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while elevating Merge’s brand in SF
Use recruiting data and insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and overall process efficiency
Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling

Our take

To help B2B companies navigate the increasing number of APIs needed to integrate SaaS product, Merge supplies a unified API. This provides access to dozens of payroll, recruiting, accounting, and HR platforms using a single integration layer. This way, businesses can work with a large number of APIs without compromising on efficiency.

Merge was founded in 2020 and has already built a large client base for itself, including Deed, AngelList, Ramp and Reachdesk. It has also expanded into new areas, providing support for CRM tools, ticketing systems and project management functions. With an impressively escalating annual revenue, and considerable funding at its back, the company continues to build out its product into new verticals.
