What the job involves
- You’ll work directly with our CEO in launching our partnerships channel from scratch
- You will get to build one of the most important channels for our company from 0 to 1
- And you’ll get to be a part of one of the most exciting startup journeys of the decade
- Travel to industry conferences, representing Rilla with passion, and cultivating vital partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, aligning our innovative solutions with their business strategies
- Generate and enhance our sales pipeline through strategic partner channels, unlocking new avenues for growth
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations that communicate the value of Rilla's product to potential partners
- Spearhead the development of partnership agreements, ensuring they align with our business goals and values
- Analyze market trends and partner feedback to contribute to product development and positioning
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnership engagements
- Actively participate in strategy sessions, bringing your unique insights to the table to help us stay ahead of the curve
- Be the bridge between Rilla and the industry, ensuring our solutions are top of mind for partners worldwide
Our take
Managing a sales team is incredibly tricky and time intensive, especially when pitches are taking place offline and face-to-face. Leaders need to spend hours attending meetings with reps in order to provide proper coaching. This is what Rillavoice is setting out to change with its speech analytics software.
By recording the sales conversation, Rillavoice automatically transcribes and analyzes it using Artificial Intelligence. This then provides real data on what's working for top performers, smart sales tips, and virtual ridealongs for coaching. This has proven to boost conversion by 50%, and management's visibility by 24%.
The company's software can be applied to a variety of different industries, including home services, telecom, solar energy, pharma, insurance, CPG, payments and retail. There's significant opportunity in the space (with 85% of commerce still happening offline in the US) and having secured seed funding, the company is in a strong position to make in impact.
