Marketing & Events Coordinator, AuditBoard

• Strong work ethic and sharp logistics management skills
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or PR is preferred
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
• Travel and some work on weekends or after hours may be required

• AuditBoard is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator who will support the team in executing events and marketing program logistics through every stage
• This person will help with venue research and selection, vendor management, assist with budget management, and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
• As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will organize, manage, and ship marketing supplies and client packages while also managing the inventory of branded items used for events
• In this role, you will manage and maintain event webpages, create marketing emails, monitor event timelines, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• This person will also be responsible for supporting the events marketing strategy and enhancing the AuditBoard brand through internal and external initiatives
