At ABBYY, there are loads of opportunities to jump into new projects and areas of responsibility, based on interest, experience, and aspirations. For example, I have expanded my area of activity to two departments from one in just 9 months, being promoted from Manager to Head Of.

At ABBYY, I am used to setting my own goals and planning projects and initiatives to support these. I do not feel micromanaged at all, not in what I plan on achieving nor in how I go about it. It really does give me a sense of ownership and responsibility over my work.

At ABBYY we work remotely and hybrid and we have a flexible hours system across most of my teams. I usually break my day into a morning working session and an evening working session. This allows not only to connect and cooperate with colleagues from various time zones, but it also let's me pick the best time of the day for my workout, appointments or just "life management".
