Who you are
- Fluent in German and English
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in investor relations, consulting, strategy, sell-side equity research or investment banking
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, accounting
- Analytical and conceptual skills, paired with eloquent communication in speech and writing as well as a high degree of organisational talent and initiative
What the job involves
- The Investor Relations Associate plays a critical role in fostering positive relationships between a company and its investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
- They are responsible for effectively communicating the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to the investment community
- This role involves a combination of financial analysis, communication skills, and strategic thinking to ensure transparency and maintain investor confidence
- Assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and valuation in the financial markets
- Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and investor feedback to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Maintain an up-to-date investor database and track investor sentiment and feedback
- Drive recurring data analytics for investor / internal requests
- Support in the development of external communication material including Roadshow / Investor Day presentations, annual reports, speeches as well as financial press releases and AdHoc-releases
- Assist with a variety of tasks such as external service providers, purchase orders, invoice monitoring, maintaining the Investor Relations database / distribution list and the IR website

It is also working on private liability insurance, home insurance, life insurance, pet insurance and coverage for bikes, electronics and large purchases.
