Role
Who you are
- Experience working in and in supporting both MacOS & Windows operating systems
- Support experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and showcasing familiarity with popular workplace platforms
- Proficient with various IT Helpdesk services
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations
- An exceptional communicator, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist end users with technical issues
- Strong at troubleshooting and problem-solving skills that translate into quick and efficient resolutions
What the job involves
- This role is critical in supporting our rapidly evolving tech environment, ensuring seamless daily operations for our team. You'll be an integral part of enhancing Bilt's Tech Ops team, leveraging your expertise in IT support to elevate our infrastructure and security measures
- Provide first-line support for IT-related questions, and troubleshooting issues related to our primary tools: Okta, Kandji, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entitle, etc, ensuring a smooth tech experience for our team
- Oversee the deployment and management of hardware, predominantly Mac with a small percentage of Windows devices, using our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, Kandji and Intune
- Support our office network infrastructure, working with Ubiquiti routers and switches to ensure reliable connectivity
- Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to implement cybersecurity measures, including staff education on best practices
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process. Setting up and shutting down necessary accounts and hardware
- Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of IT processes and security protocols

Millions of Americans participate in credit card programs that enable them to earn points from everyday spending. Bilt is a loyalty program that enables renters to earn points from what is typically their largest monthly outgoing: rent.
Landlords have long been unwilling to accept payment by credit card due to the high fees involved, an issue Bilt is tackling head-on. Within a few months of launching in mid-2021, Bilt was serving more than 2 million rental units. Whilst focusing on rent payments in the beginning, Bilt hopes to morph into an end-to-end service for renters looking to buy a home, which could eventually involve becoming a mortgage provider.
Bilt is targeting a lucrative market of 109 million renters in the US alone, with 4 million rental units using its platform. The company has secured impressive funding of more than $200 million led by General Catalyst Partners, which it is using to expand its Rewards Alliance programme - a partnership of multifamily, single family and student housing operators - alongside the local merchant focused Neighborhood Rewards program.
