Principal Product Development Program Manager, PagerDuty

• The ideal candidate will have a strong program management and engineering operations background, with exceptional stakeholder management skills
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years focusing on engineering operations
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale highly technical programs
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational monitoring
• Proven track record of change management and being an agent of change in a software development environment

• Partner with engineering leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering operations and productivity
• Facilitate technical decision-making processes and drive consensus among multiple stakeholders
• Lead incident management process and implement improvements as needed
• Other responsibilities in operational support of the Product Development department of PagerDuty as needed
